Not so much. She's orthorexic. Her level of activity far outweighs what she is eating. So, not, she does not really encourage eating enough calories when you really get down to it. Again, anyone who would say a period is a bad thing has no business giving people dieting advice. No period = not enough calories to sustain…

Very well said. I have noticed that tone as well.

I will say that it's a hell of lot easier to maintain once you are there, rather than starting over again.

I'm officially adding "it was present at the nativity, so it must be true" and also "it worked for Jesus" to my bingo sheet.

Double post.

Strange.

Actually, Steve would have approved. He was a follower of this nonsense and probably would have lived longer if he didn't try to cure his cancer naturally. I think the app has now been pulled from the Apple store.

I don't understand this weight loss for car thing...
-
Actually, game meats are typically lower calorie. I'm pretty sure that would be negated with the Risotto though. But, that said, I would order what I wanted and just be careful the rest of the week.

Wut? How did I miss that gem of a thread. Wow.

Weight loss happens in the kitchen. Fitness happens in the gym.

Which books?

+1 Also, people throw the "bully" term around way too much these days. If you are feeling "bullied" on here, you can shut down your computer. Try telling a kid who is being bullied in real life that what you see here is "bullying." SMH.

Bizarre, indeed.

The hypocrisy to her previous post (which was awesome) is outstanding.

Right? LOL.

Pinterest.

I drink Trutein after my workout, but it's not a meal replacement. It's usually a snack.
-
It amazes me that people share this level of detail on Facebook. SMDH. This would be a de-friend for me.

Don't feed the troll, people.

This. I don't think you intended it to come across that way. But, as you can see from the past few posts, it's better to be open-minded.

Or, they dropped it because they were going for a 1rm and didn't get under it right and had to bail out safely. Or, they failed a rep, grip slipped, etc. Or, they need to drop that weight because "putting it down slowly" can be dangerous (ex. heavy deadlift, heavy clean). Again, don't judge things you know nothing about.
-
And here is why you shouldn't judge. It's pretty clear you don't know anything about heavy lifting. Dropping weight doesn't mean it's too heavy for you.
-
LOL. So much this. Mind your own business.
-
Seriously, this. Grow up. Find some vegetables you like. Eat smaller portions. Suck it up and learn how to cook.

Yes, you can drink beer/eat bread/etc. as long as it fits into your caloric goal. If you are retaining water (usually from sodium) drink more water to flush it out. Calories affect your weight. Eat too many calories and you will gain weight. So, whether it's real beer or non-alcoholic beer doesn't matter. All that matters…
-
I'm trying to say that there is no difference between the carbs in bread and the carbs in your non-alcoholic beer. And, actually, non-alcoholic beer has more carbs than regular beer.

Zooey Deschanel looks like she smokes crack? What?

Please do! Actually, please send it to my Aunt in the Ukraine. We have made contact and she has agreed to facilitate my release.
