When I started at the beginning of the summer I measured every week when I did my weigh in - I saw a lot of changes fast. Now, it's every 2-4 weeks that I measure. It's still coming off, just a little at a time.

Smart phone - I use it for everything. I have an iPhone which I love. I especially love the mfp app with the scanner, dwlz, endomondo, and then it has all my music to get going. I like to add things to it before I eat it and realize too late how much things are.

Cut off the top part where the stem is, and then take your knife around the rim - where there is a line between the white middle and the red outside part. Just circle around in a cone shape. Hope this helps.

I had my first when I was 25, my second at 28, and my last at 32. I'm glad that I have my precious boys, but life would have been easier if we had waited a bit after getting married before adding kids into the picture.
