  • I have this issue too! A lot of people will try to tell you that you can't tone one spot, but I find yoga, deadlifts, and lateral pulldowns to be helpful!!!!!! Also check out Tracy Anderson, you could probably find some of her workouts on youtube!

  • I started this week and I love it! Fun and challenging!
  • For volume I use zucchini grated. I cook them with the oats and a little stevia and unsweetened cocoa powder. When they are cool i add some chocolate protein powder. Mixing oats with apple or greek yogurt is good too!
  • I am about the same height and weight as you and my workouts are similar. My muscles definately retain water and seem swollen after a tough workout. You could try increasing your calories by a few hundred and incorporate more foods you enjoy. And dont let.anyones comments get to you, you are in great shape!!!

  • Also brown rice, sweet potatoes, quinoa, variations of brown rice or quinoa pasta, beans, are all good. I just measure portions at night. I also like sides that are filling and add volume like zucchini noodles, spaghetti squash, and brussel sprouts. .
  • You could also cut back on the cycling by half an hour then add some weights (you dont have to start super heavy) to your routine. There are some great exercise videos or classes at the gym.

  • I feel the same way as you, I overeat then feel sick for days. I also gain weight really easily. I have tried some oa meetings. The book Brain Over Binge by Kathryn Hansen and following a girl named Josie Mai on youtube has helpes me too.

  • Just went through this too, glad you are reaching out for help!!! Try to call someone, paint your nails, read a book, take a walk or even take a nap. Tomorrow is a new day. I tried to read the book Brain Over Binge and read online blogs or youtube videos (try Josie Mai) to help. **hugs

  • Yesss especially empty carbs! I try to always pair them with lots of protein when i know there is a special event filled with carbs but sometimes this gets the best of me too=) it is so hard but i always celebrate the times when i can get through it without eatin g the world!

  • Maybe tell yourself you can have it if you still want it tomorrw. Then have a portion and share the rest with a friend or neighbor. Try a chocolate protein shake or smoothie too the day before, it might help! I wish it was easier to get individual portions too! Taking a walk or reading something you enjoy can help too.

  • I have never used Mirena but since I started on birth control pills, I never feel full either!! So frustrating. I found that eating extra protein, fiber, and slow releasing carbs like oatmeal or ezekiel bread paired protein or a healthy fat or helpful!
