Stubborn bottom back bulge !!

Hi guys any fitness coaches on here or people that have solved this same problem ...help needed! ...
Problem : I have this bulge at the bottom of my back right where the coccyx is ... this never bulges as much as I tone around it ...why ? Is there any paticular excerise I can do or equipment at the gym I can use to get rid !!!!

I have this issue too! A lot of people will try to tell you that you can't tone one spot, but I find yoga, deadlifts, and lateral pulldowns to be helpful!!!!!! Also check out Tracy Anderson, you could probably find some of her workouts on youtube!0

You cant spot reduce, my love handles were my bulge and they managed to stay there until i had no fat anywhere else. You can try to improve your posture with yoga and other stuff to improve the appearance, but the fat will not disappear unless you manage to lose weight in general1

My back got more toned when I did Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred. Healthy eating and a good lifting program will help plenty!1
