what is the best thing to mix with my chocolate shakeology drink besides water? I used milk today. Thanks

    There isn't that much choice there now, is there? Unless you want to go do some very questionable combinations.

    Soy milk? Almond milk? Or is 2% reduced fat ok to be more specific

    My favorite is a scoop of chocolate/strawberry protein powder with a cup of 1% milk, and 1 slightly frozen banana blended with some ice.

    I could drink it all day long.

    I use almond milk or coconut water. My husband likes to use Apple juice but I don't want all of the sugar.

    banana (I don't freeze mine) vanilla protein powder, cocoa, 3/4 C almond milk,8 ice cubes. Very yummy!!

    almond coconut milk
    Banana
    Kale
    chocolate fibre powder
    Wheatgerm
    Chia seeds
    Raw egg
    blueberries
    cottage cheese

    Yummy and very filling

  • I add mine to smoothies. I use all milk alternatives (excluding soy)

    Is anyone who drinks Shakeology on birth control pills? I was wondering if the Superfoods in shakeo cause interactions.

    This may sound strange but besides almond milk, I usually use diet soda. Before everyone jumps up and down, there is a new soda (at least to me) called Zevia. It uses Stevia instead of artificial sweeteners. Google Zevia to find a store that carries it. I especially like Vanilla Creme, which is also caffeine free, in vanilla protein shakes with 1/2 banana and fruit ( peach is my favorite) or berries. Black Cherry (caffeine free) is also very good in chocolate protein smoothies with 1/2 banana, a handful of spinach and either blueberries or frozen cherries. I usually add 1/2 cup unflavored Kefir or yogurt to my smoothies also.
