SW:145 CW: 145.5 Took me a bit to get the calories figured out and stop gaining. Slowly losing the weight now. Obviously won't make the GW of 135, but, encouraged to see it finally going down.

Check in. I don't remember what I put my starting weight as..... But today was 148.5. 3 pounds higher than my last logged weight. Very frustrating, but determined to see that number down!

Oh T! I missed this! I don't really remember now. I did end up skipping last night (bc of a headache). So today will be level 2 day 4. Oh, and my feelings haven't changed, I still HATE level 2 :)

Day 9 DONE. 1 More day of this level!! Woo! Oh wow. I'm not nearly as good as I was in Jan.... :embarassed: I didn't even want to do today's, but I did it anyway. I definitely felt better for it! Awfully glad to have day 8 done. 2 more days, and "I'm out of workout one" LOL...

Wow. Day 7 not so much a rockstar this time around. Still can not do those anterior raises, nor can I complete more than about 4 pushups on my toes. Other than that. Glad to be done with today. Didn't want to do it, but pushed through! 3 More days, then on to the dreaded level 2..... Mwhahahahah

Yes, today is day 7. Little nervous to go do this one. My abs are super sore from yesterday. Going to have to break up those workouts into morning/night instead of back to back. But 4 workouts left in this level!! Yay! and, day 10 is my regular weigh in day! :happy: So, it'll be nice to see how much I've lost this time…
