go to the bathroom, take off my clothes, weigh myself, take a shower, shave my legs, weigh myself, go get my husband make him weigh himself to make certain the scale is working, weigh myself again...then i am either pleased that my lil ocd rituals work or depressed that i'm ocd and didn't lose...lol

i bought them july 4th and haven't lost a thing..of course i bought 14.99 bottle and the salesgirl said i needed to buy the 29.99 bottle...that almost made me say forget it right then and there.. anyway i don't notice any difference in energy or appetite.
