Day 2 is off and running (not literally). I completed my grocery shopping this morning and have my meals planned for the day. I am going to walk for my breaks versus continuing to sit. I'm logging my meals/water. My official start weight this morning 258.4!

Hey all. Sorry, but I thought I put an update on this group (obviously I didn't). So this past Monday my RESULTS from the 7 day kickstart on JMBR was 8.4lbs lost! I am currently on day 5 now of the regular 90 days.

I started 12 days ago. I finished the 7 day kickstart this past Monday with 8.4 lbs lost. Now I'm on day 5 of the regular 90 day BR. Good luck and be strong!

Day 7/97 on JMBR successfully completed! The 7 day kickstart is officially over. I am excited to post my results tomorrow. Regardless of the number, my pants are much looser and my belly is visually smaller. That's what's up =)

I love this post. Thanks! I'm on Jillian Michaels Body Revolution (day 3). Eating my breakfast right now & was thinking how I miss the Bull$*%t I ate that got me where I'm at. Yesterday I finished the 7 day kickstart your metabolism for the 90 day body revolution and I lost 8.6 lbs in that 1 week!

Day 7 JMBR: My body is tired, but I'm still excited. I Successfully completed JM's 7 day kickstart your metabolism! Now on to the real 90 day body revolution. Tomorrow morning is my first weigh in since being on her program. Yeah buddy!

Day 6 JMBR: Good day, knocked it out again. Ate all meals w/ no deviations and completed both Workout 2 and Cardio 1. That's wassup! Lol.

Day 5 JMBR: Hello all. So today was a positive day. Ate all my meals and completed workout 1 and cardio 1. One negative, didn't get to eat dinner until 6pm. and I have to go to bed at 7pm. Other than that I'm almost at my 7th day of the 7 day kickstart. Then onto my 90 days. Yeah baby!

Day 3 on JMBR a SUCCESS! Stuck to the meal plan and completed phase 1 Cardio TWO times back to back. Got my calories up by adding chicken to my lunch. Still no where near the 1200 i'm allowed, but getting there.

Yes, it's tough. But I'm just doing one day at a time so I don't get ovewhelmed with what's to come. I am doing the 2 workouts a day (back to back). First the Wokout then the Cardio.
