    I know its all those cardio dance classes. Ever since I started doing those, I noticed the changes in my body starting :)

    Holy crap...you can see a huge difference!!! You look amazing!! What did you do to get your belly down so much...I've managed to start and get my back under control <--see profile pic but my stomach drives me insane!!!
