Yes, Sirius Lithium is my 2nd favorite station after Sirius 1st wave. I was in my mid-late 20s then and it was a great time in my life and the music to go with it was phenomenal. Easily the last great era in music.

I will be starting stage 3 on Monday! I did a quick run through of the exercises this week at the gym. I do that to get a handle on where I need to be and what equipment I need so that when I start I can hit the ground running. The BWM will be my biggest challenge yet.

I'm not completely sold on supplements so I take the basics: a multi, Omega 3 fish oil, calcium and recently added Vitamin D because of blood work results.

TONS of things! My worst problem was boob sag. Ended up getting a lift. Also, being colder in the winter and the *kitten* hurts from sitting too long without all the padding. I'm not complaining though. I'd take any of these over obesity.
