Don't start out too fast. A lot of people will take off at the starting line then be wiped out half way through. Just keep a nice steady pace. I used to workout 7 days a week and would loose maybe 1-2 lbs and very few if any inches with my low calorie diet. When I started resting 3 times a week I started loosing more weight and a lot more inches. I think that recovery time is important for our bodies.
