I will not buy ice cream for the house, once in a while I will find some in the freezer, I look at my husband and shake my head...., but it is his and I won't touch it. Drink more water to off set the sodium. 7 pounds is quite a bit, but I have been known to gain about 7 pounds just by flying. If your rings are tight and eyes puffy it is a good indicator that it is retention of water. Good luck to you

I did a 5k this weekend. Did my personal best. Caught a cold from my granddaughter so I've been sick since. Doing a bit better now. I am doing a fall cleanse, and doing great on it. Goals this week is to drink water, Run, workout and get well

Hope all goes well, I ran my 3rd 5k last weekend. I am now trying for faster speed as endurance is going well. don't try to keep up with faster runners. Do your best, and if you have to walk a bit that's ok. You'll have fun.

Pennysteed, Yes it tells you to JOG and then to Walk, it will also tell you during your run that you are half way if you are on a long run. you have to set it up if you want verbal cues in the setups so make sure they are on. If not it will just vibrate when to switch from on to the other. I have mine set to verbal cues…

Jan. I am doing the C25k, I am in week 9, I have already completed my first 5k and plan to do 2 more in October. I didn't think I could do it, but the C25k plan makes it easier, the interval training helps so much. I may run slow but I run. I did a 4 mile hike on Sunday, 2 mile up and 2 miles down. It was 500 feet altitude so it was a good hike. It is fun to go in mountains and do something fun like that. Legs are sore a bit but feel good overall.

Everyday is new. Windy here today and it is kicking something up to hit my allergies. I still plan to go to Zumba tonight! Head hurts from the allergies, but moving forward. Goals this week is to get 3 runs in, I am on week 9 of C25k and I want to finish it and graduate. Drink more water

I like the up intensity of workouts. I really kicked it up last night in Kick class, I punched harder, jumped as high as I could and really tried hard to push it, my instructor said She was impressed. I think I will also add that as a goal.

I am staying steady at 146, but I have been running and my legs, which are my biggest area, are toning up from the running. Goals: 1., run 3x per week in addition to my other workouts. 2. drink water 3. eat clean - no processed foods 4. get 10k steps in per day.

I am maintaining ok. I went up a few pounds and now back down. I think it was water weight from traveling. I don't need to lose any more weight according to DR, but I am toning. Never in my life did I think I could run for 28 minutes straight, but I did! W8D2 down. It's amazing! I may run slow but I run.

Back from vacation in Maine, I ran in Maine and found running there is so much easier than in Colorado. More Air!!! It is different. Getting back into the swing of things now. Vacation is always a hiccup as food is not the same, and exercise is not the same. So glad to be back to a normal routine. Zumba tonight!
