Great job! You look fantastic.

Great job! I've only done a 10k so far. I'm thinking about doing a half marathon in December.

BUMP. I need to read this later. This is my question. Although I'm not quite at my goal yet. 10 more pounds.

I was standing in line at a Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory. A family was standing behind me. The little kid asked his dad why I had a big butt? Oh boy, that was embarrassing. The poor father was pretty embarrassed too.

Great job!! I absolutely LOVE WHBM!! I've decided that it's going to be the place of choice for my final goal wardrobe.

I'm going to bump this to read later. :)

I disagree. How is it then, that I snack and have lost 75 pounds? It's the kind of snack I'm having. Cheese, hardboiled egg, fruit, etc. I don't snack on chips or junk.

Sounds yummy!

I was wondering the same thing myself. So I did the workout with my HRM on. It took only 3.5 mins to complete. I burned only 25 calories.

I'll be doing Week 5 Day 2 of C25K sometime between gatherings on Christmas day.

Thank you all for your replys. Stephdeeable, I do weigh myself everyday. I probably shouldn't, but it's so hard not to. I really haven't been measuring myself. I should start. I'll try and drink tons of water today and hope that does something.

Sorry about that. My diary is NOW viewable.

I'm an aspiring runner. I will start the C25k plan this Saturday to get ready for my first 5k in Feb ( the color run!). I hope I end up loving it too!

Wow, that's so crazy to see the weight loss like that.
