    A cup is a measurement of volume, a gram is a measurement of weight. You cannot convert them without additional information.

    Not to be "that girl", but has anyone tried these with egg whites only, or maybe half whole egg and half egg whites?

    I ask because I only have liquid egg whites at home and want to make these tonight...1 cup is about 5 egg whites...
