Same problem here. I still cannot even wear heels! i live on sandals and trainers until my body will be light enough to jump on heels, lol I guess those heels are doing you a great job because you can only have that feeling when you are toning up but i could be wrong

Oh dear. I will give up so quickly if i try to weight myself everyday. I got ride of my scale because i couldn't help weighing 3 times a day and when i don't see the scale move, I'm like "what difference does it makes? i might as well go doing to KFC and tomorrow, the scale still wont move, lol" I prefer to see big numbers…

As i don't have time and money for the gym, i opt for a walk every morning to work. I basically leave my house 1h30 early and just walk. sometimes when i am not too tired after work, i will walk but i enjoy walking in the morning more because i feel very energize during the day.

Hi I don't know how busy a mum can be but I have my breakfast in not more than 7 minutes. Just Kellogg "Fruit n Fibre" with milk and i have an Apple or any fruit i fancy on the go. Or i will prepare a fruit salad at night and just have in the morning.
