  • me? 1/2 cup greek yogurt (plain or vanilla), 2tbsp pb, and some cinnamon --- mix well serve with apples (or other fruit, celery), even better if left to chill and mingle a bit in the fridge first. :)

  • check out whole30 website, :) might be a starting point. don't have to go that far but they take out sugars and refined carbs as well was the probiotic VLS3 i hear a lot of good things about that one.

  • olives/pickles celery and hummus usually takes care of my salty/crunchy craving a few tostitos (actually now my fave is "waybetter snacks sweeet potato" tortilla c hips - sooo good) and salsa mixed with cottage cheese

  • not that I stopped liking anything... in my head i still want the things (pop, big mac, iced cap... but then i taste it and it doesn't taste as good as it used to, too sweet, too sugary, too fake) so I think my taste buds have just become more accustomed to less processed crap and that stuff isn't as appealing as my mind…
  • macdonalds (big mac)... havent had it since before xmas and don't really want to. for fear how it will make me feel. I've had the odd breaky sammich, but if I really want a burger i tend to go for a real more satisfying one in a sit down restaurant or home made :) with home made mac sauce :) also iced capps (tim hortons)…

  • pulled a size smaller of jeans out of my closet for today... same as my other pair but less sloppy looking, yay :)
  • i like salsa mixed with cottage cheese to dip with whole grain chips, celery, whichever veg really, also like it on taco salad. also do hummus with all veggies, sometimes corn type chips, or pita. hummus and celery/carrots fulfills my salty crunchy desires lol
