good fats are what keep me full longer :) I am mostly always over my fat allowance according to MFP. I aim for 30:30:40 (P:F:C) but am often higher on the fats. Well let's put it this way, i've tried a few diff pills and weight loss systems. the two times i was successful (40lbs a few years ago and the 41 currently loss) and both those times I only used MFP. :) Save the money to use on healthy food :)

hubby is making a whiskey brown sugar marinade for chicken and roasted veggies. I don't have to cook so this makes me happy. it's a very rare occurrence lol

i can relate. on prednisone... have managed not to gain what i've recently lost... but that's about it. i have fought tooth and nail to stay where I am for the last 2 months. oh and now my hair is shedding at an exponential rate more than usual. and it makes me pee all night. ugh.

I have one that took about two hours on my foot, i did not expect to be able to sit that long i thought it would hurt way more... it was fine... I will be getting another on my other foot eventually :)

all of them! lol dishwasher - hate dishes spiralizer -my new fave addicted to zoodles! food processor, with all this healthy eating makes chopping veg a breeze \ my trusty knives always my kitchen aid mixer.... LOL i love to cook and i love my gadgets) ooh my microwave rice cooker!

to get my good fats i eat avocado, olives, evoo, coconut oil :) generally if i add a 1/4 or half avocado or couple of servings of olives into my day I am good to go :)

all of it? lol chips mostly. cheese is up there but i am pretty good at portioning pasta/garlic bread. so hard to do a portion of this... thank goodness for my spiralizer! I just don't do the bread anymore. oh and poutine (french fries, cheese curds and gravy delicious heart attack)

yum! guac for sure lol but i tend to eat them in my days as a side with a lil s&p, if i'm eating bread, toasted tomato and avocado sammich with mayo is yum, or add it to a BLt, also on salad or like today i have a mix of cucs, tomatoes, red onion, 1/4 avocado, some cottage cheese with a bit of s&p thats lunch :)

sugar, carbonated drinks and sugar/dairly combo (ice cream or iced capps) are the worse for me so now i avoid them. pair those with stress and bam. owwie! but over all sugar i am learning is where it's worst for me
