Having a rough day today. Stress at work. A coworkers wife died 2 nights ago unknown cause possibly H1N1 and im feeling blah! The Dr that I work with brought in Halloween candy bars and not the fun size ones and I inhaled it. And drug sales reps brought in chocolate cake make them stop!!!! I am working out tonight!!

I had a good weekend eating wise and kept busy. Sat we played outside and had fun and whammo Sunday kids with fevers and my tom starts. greeaaat. So I am bloated, crampy and crabby but I am going to work out anyway this afternoon.

Looks like we started roughly the same time. Now lets kick it into high gear. It seems everytime I lost weight I got pregnant. Well now we have taken care of that, I am ready to get fit forever!!
