I am at 8 weeks. I found out I was pregnant at 6 weeks, and had lost 7lbs total due to exercising and not knowing I was pregnant. I have gained 2lbs but not because I knew I was pregnant. I am hoping to gain no more than 20lbs because I was already overweight. I'll wait to see what doctor says on Friday.

I am so wanting to cloth diaper. Husband and I just will not have the money to be buying disposable all the time. Husband seems to be on board so far (lucky me). I drink 2 24oz bottles at night to get in all my water for the night. You wont feel like eating after that, and then go to bed. And DO NOT GET UP to SNACK. I just don't allow myself to get up and binge anymore.

I havent had sweet tea or alcohol in a little over 6 weeks. No white bread or pasta. I only eat 100% whole grain now, if I do eat a grain. Also, I've given up regular milk. I in the past have had my worst cravings for food when I am already laying down for bed. I simply no longer allow myself to get up and eat. Maybe you should ask yourself questions before eating a food, like am I really hungry? will eating this help my achieve my goals?

I think my feet have also lost weight lol So far I have not lost any weight in the boob area. But now that I'm losing weight in other areas, I feel like they are losing some elasticity :(

I have a metal steamer that came with a pot and pan set. but you can buy a steamer at walmart I am sure. You can add seasoning like Ms Dash but I like the flavor of pure vegetables. i check for doneness with a fork. Broccolli takes around 10 minutes maybe. if you boil it, you will lose a ton of vitamins

2 weeks ago I started upping my calories from 1200-1500. finally I've reached my 1990 but, somedays its more like 1800. I had an initial 2lb gain probably cause of restricting my carbs and then upping them with em2wl. Yesterday i was at 164.8, today I'm at 164.4 :) Seems to be working I cann't sustain 1200-1400 calories…

I agree with other posters, stay within your sugar and sodium. Also, I would try to cut out the sodas, even though they are diet. Your body will respond better to straight water!

everyone is different. At first I was working out 2 x a day for 1 hour a piece. and for two weeks solid, I didn't lose any weight. I started taking days off every 4-5 days off. Then I lost 7lbs pretty quickly. I believe our bodies need rest.

I have kinect, and I started my weight loss journey on Zumba Rush. I love it. I'm pretty sure it over estimates the calories burned, but its great (if you love to dance)

I am in the same boat. Except it was sweet tea. Once you start drinking water, you will get a the "thirst" and it becomes easier each day to meet your goal. I drink 2 24oz bottles at night when I am tempted to snack.
