I'd love to join, if it isn't too late

Weighed in first thing this morning at 174.4... I lost almost 40 pounds two years ago... and have gained half of it back. I'm excited to get back on track
-
I'm fairly competitive... it depends on the activity though. Unfortunately I don't row... we used Concept II machines in high school (they are made in my hometown) but I don't have one here.

starting at 160.4 today... so much better than how I started your last challenge Sheri! Thank you!!
-
Looks great to me, go Geckos!

Have you looked into any of the challenges that get posted? There is a great challenge starting next week - if you add Sheri869 as a friend you can read about it and probably get in if you message her today. It is a team based challenge, which really helps me - that way not only am I accountable to me, but my team is…

I'd love to join if you still have room!

I've felt that way about clothing... a pair of jeans I was mad at myself about having to buy now fit again and I'm excited. When I bought them I felt fat in them and self conscious all the time, now I put them on and I feel skinny and confident. It's funny how our perspective changes. Of course I'll be even happier when I…

so today is day one and rest day is thursday?

I"ll give it a shot... it's a little scary looking, but abs are my nemesis, so work must be done...

Anyone? A little help...

I did day 6 today... and I do it in the morning too. I get up at 6-6:30 now, but really need to be getting up earlier. It's hard when it's so dark out though! I only had to stop for water twice today - big improvement! The push ups (even the girl ones!) are still killer and I can't do more than 10 in a row, max. Hopefully…

I just tallied up my weekend, and it put me just 652 cal over my weekly goal, which should still put me at a loss for the week. I appear to be up today, but I know I didn't drink much water over the weekend and was way over in sodium. So hopefully that's water weight... or at least some of it is...

I'd love to join your thread! :) I started Monday, and missed yesterday, so today was day three for me. How is everyone planning on doing their 30 days? All in a row? With breaks? My original plan was 5 days a week with weekends off... however since I missed yesterday, looks like I'll be doing a weekend day this week. Day…

Today was day 3 of level one for me... and it felt harder than day one! Hopefully tomorrow will be better...
-
Today was only day 2 for me... day one, not much soreness... today, definitely sore! I'm modifying the jumping jacks because of a recent knee sprain, and my squats and lunges are pretty pathetic

I've also heard that Curves Circuit Training is more accurate. Any chance someone with a HRM would be willing to look at their numbers in each of those methods ( the math, circuit, vigorous cal., curves circuit) and see what is the closest to your HRM?

I'm a couple of days behind because I started today, but can I join in on the fun?

I'm in... first set of 30 done... Love it when it's something I can do at the office!

Anyone?

I have peiced together some exercises that I do in my office, some chair lifts, wall push ups, chair dips, arm circles, calf raises, and some standing ab exercises.... I do them when I can fit them in or make a rule for the day, like - every time the phone rings do a set of something. I've been logging it as light-moderate…

I ended up going to Chipotle for supper, and had a pickle, some grapes, and a cheese stick a little later for a snack. I only went over my calories by 11 and I wasn't hungry when I went to bed. Thanks for the encouragement!

Thanks for the reviews! I sprained my knee last week so I need to stay away from higher impact cardio. Do you think it would be feasible with a knee brace on? It was the first thing I thought of that might be low impact enough, but also actually effective.

I'm set at 2lbs a week, and have been averaging 3. I may just take this day to add an extra 200 and get back on track tomorrow. I'd like to find something to snack on that would be filling though.

My choices are McDonalds, Sonic, BK, KFC, Taco Bell, Wendy's, Chick Fil A, Arby's, and Hardees

Garlic Lovers Hummus Joseph's Mini Pita Banana WW String Cheese (then Avocado)

9.2 lbs since 1/14... we're having a contest at work, and I really want to win!

Veggies, veggies, veggies... I eat a ton a cut up fresh veggies with my lunch every day and they really fill you up, and hardly touch your calories. I'm hardly ever hungry on 1200, but I budget for three meals and usually three snacks. My problem is more emotional/boredom cravings... that's the hardest temptation for me.
