The 30 (+1) Day Ab Challenge

So I'm really enjoying doing the squat challenge alongside my other exercise, and because there's a new goal to reach every day I am sticking to it completely - I even got out of bed at 11pm yesterday once I realised I hadn't done my 80 squats for the day!

So I thought I'd start the Ab Challenge too! Who's with me?

1. 10 Sit ups, 5 push ups, 10 sec plank
2. 10 sit ups, 5 push ups, 15 sec plank
3. Rest
4. 15 sit ups, 7 push ups, 20 sec plank
5. 15 sit ups, 10 push ups, 25 sec plank
6. 20 sit ups, 10 push ups, 30 sec plank
7. 20 sit ups, 12 push ups, 35 sec plank
8. 25 sit ups, 15 push ups, 40 sec plank
9. 30 sit ups, 15 push ups, 45 sec plank
10. Rest
11. 35 sit ups, 15 push ups, 50 sec plank

    I will give it a shot! I keep wanting to do one of these but the squat challange does NOT inspire me! This looks pretty good.

    I"ll give it a shot... it's a little scary looking, but abs are my nemesis, so work must be done...
