30 Day Shred with Knee Sprain
I sprained my knee about 4 weeks ago and I'm still having trouble with swelling and stiffness, especially if I've been standing/walking most of the day. I'd like to start the 30DS soon, but I know there are going to be things I can't do. Is it easy enough to modify for one bad knee, or should I avoid it altogether?

Double Digits!
Wahoo! This morning's weigh in put me a double digits lost... it's kind of exciting, while I know that I can't expect that kind of progress to continue regularly, I love looking at my calendar and seeing where I would be if I really could keep at 10 lbs every 3 1/2 weeks!

How Would You Log?
I keep cut up fresh veggies in my fridge for snacking... if I eat say, two baby carrots, two slices of cucumber, two grape tomatoes, and two florets of broccoli for a snack (I like variety).. how would I log it? log each one individually? Make a recipe for it? Quick add an estimate? Or don't log it at all - just the hummus…
