30 Day Shred Question

I know that the most effective and accurate way to log a calorie burn is with a HRM, but I can't afford one right now. I'm saving up though
In the meantime... what do you find to be the most accurate way to log a 30DS workout? If you have a HRM have you ever compared the numbers that MFP would give you with different exercises to see what was the closest?

Some people log it as 20 minutes of circuit training, others use this calculation (which I believe can be found on JM's website):
3.267 x your weight/3=calories burned0 -
I add it as 20 min calisthenics and 200 calories. I see between 193-220 depending on how hard i've pushed.0
