30 Day Shred with Knee Sprain

I sprained my knee about 4 weeks ago and I'm still having trouble with swelling and stiffness, especially if I've been standing/walking most of the day. I'd like to start the 30DS soon, but I know there are going to be things I can't do. Is it easy enough to modify for one bad knee, or should I avoid it altogether?

    The 30DS would be pretty hard to do with one bum knee. CHeck it out on UTube and see if you think you can modify.

    I'd say avoid it! it involves jumping jacks, jump, rope, but kicks for cardio which you will not be able to do. The only thing you could do would be the ab exercises which is a small portion of the workout. Sorry!

    30 DS is hard on knees and with recovering knee you should not do it. Wait untill you recover fully.
