Today I did something I didn't think I'd ever do again.. at least not by choice. I tucked my shirt in... and it actually looks better than it did out, because it was so big for me. before, I never wanted to tuck anything in because it emphasized the stomach pooch and the muffin top.
Also, yesterday I went for a bike ride (for the first time in about 15 years) with my kids - and they quit before I did! Yay for more energy and strength!

Congrats on your NSV! Feels good to see that improvement can come without having to look at a number on a scale all the time
