It has a lot to do with weight. I weigh quite a bit more than my sister and when her and I workout together I burn sometimes twice as much as she does.

No regrets at all....we had about 25 people and had dinner with all of them afterwards. It was nice, it was intimate...and in the end it accomplished the same thing...and we didn't have to spend thousands of dollars. If I had it to do over again, I wouldn't change a thing!

Find an accountability partner who already exercises at that hour...and have them call/text you with a "Let's exercise!" or something, and then you report back to them when your workout is completed. That's what I had to do...she stopped a couple of weeks ago, and I am struggling again. :( Snooze is my best friend!

yep, this is how I do it...cook the oats with water first (just enough that the oats soak it all up) then add the almond milk to desired consistency.
