Wed: 629 calories burned Walking 5.0 mph
Thur: 85 calories burned Walking (interrupted by emergency)
Fri: 1071 calories burned Walking 5.0 mph
Sat: 736 calories burned Walking 4.5 mph
Sun: 1283 calories burned Walking 5.0 mph and cleaning out my sisters garage
Total: 3804
Left: -304
That many calories burned and I still gained weight....I know, I know...water retention, muscle building....I know all the reasons the scale goes the wrong direction, but it is frustrating as heck!0 -
