  • I would assume that 'larger' people would see generally a greater improvement as when you get smaller its harder to shift. Good luck with it!! I've just done level 2 day 2 ended up in a pool of sweat on the floor!

  • Hey, im on my last 6lbs. Working out of deficit eating to get to a good maintenance. Currently on a deficit still at 1500cals a day and eat back *mostly* all my exercise calories. Always welcome new friends, especially those who have a similar approach to food as me :D

  • Do what the program tells you to. But if your not a runner maybe start with the 5k app then move on to the 10k once your done. (Thats my plan)
