I did! I lost 8 pounds and my fiance lost 14 but we did the full cleanse! I feel great! I am still doing two smoothies a day and a high protein meal...but not losing anymore :-(

I am on day 8 and have lost 5 pounds so far. hopefully some more come off by Sunday! my fiance has lost 15 though. Day 8 smoothie wasn't my favorite but I have liked all of the others!!!

I have gotten a brazilian for over 5 years now and I absolutely love it. I get extremely bad razor burn when I shaved. It doesn't feel the best but it's so worth it. Mine last any where from 3-5 weeks. I have gone to the same girl for the entire time. I say it is definitely worth it.

i will go up to the bar with him to make sure nothing is put in it. I will never turn down free drinks (as long as I can see it!) I will talk to him but normally i make it short if possible

I ordered it, well my friend did and I am doing it with her! I am 5'8" and I am at 195 right now, I would love to get down to my highschool weight which was 150-160. I am a size 14 right now but I was a size 12 in highschool so I am fine with that but so ready to get this weight off!

try drinking water and see if that helps... if I ever get hungry at night and water doesn't help I try to eat something small and light (normally something with protein ie cottage cheese)....dont starve yourself obviously but something small never hurt me :-)

I have IBS too and it sucks. The doctor talked about putting me on a gluten free diet and I pretty much just laughed. I have cut back a lot on the breads but also eating more fiber or at least trying. I also take Align (not sure if that would help you or not). You can add me if you want. I still eat pretty much everything…

I haven't logged my water, I forget about that but I drink about 2-2.5 liters a day :-)
