Hey Eating under 1200 calories a day can send your body into starvation mode. What your eating looks healthy enough and looks like you are on the right track. When you joined MFP how much calories a day did it set you at?

I heard about it through a YouTube blogger and I never knew counting calories could be so easy ;).

Sometimes even though i have lost weight I feel frumpy and ugly. To overcome this I just take my time getting ready doing my hair and makeup....it makes me feel more put together. Also new items of clothing also help...personally I want to get down to my goal weight before I go on a shopping spree. But buying an item on…

I have one rest day a week. But on this day I do go for a light walk around a park as I find that it helps with muscle soreness.

My sister brought my brides maid dress without me even trying it on or being there....when I tried it on it was 3 sizes too small and her response was that I was wanting to lose weight anyway. In the end she let me buy another brides maid dress of my choosing....three months after the wedding I has lost some weight and I…

My trainer at the gym said that in regards to fat burn don't go over 45 minutes as you start to burn muscle rather than fat.

Hard work and determination!

Thanks for the article! I have always thought that MFP has set my protein way too low. So its good to read an article that promotes more protein. I love protein it makes you feel filler for longer...so I don't feel like I am starving all the time. Allie xo
