  • I've honestly just given up on this issue. It makes it more frustrating in my case that one side is a D cup, and one closer to a C. And i need coverage from the bottom not the side or middle like some bra's these days. So according to my tags I am currently a 36/34 D ... I may have to go try me some Olga's!!
  • Kim Kardashian or Coco ... small waist but great legs and amazing curves.
  • Definitely a thong ... that's where the other stuff ends up anyways...
  • I would up your caloric intake, your body will store fat if it feels its not getting enough intake. Stay up on your water as well.
  • Take another look at the goals you set for yourself. Make sure it only shows between a 1 to 2 pound loss per week. Some of this could also be "water weight" and your body getting rid of excess that was being kept by your old eating habits. Still keep in mind that even with exercise you need to consume at least 1200…
  • Try Milk of Magnesia ....
  • Thanks everyone for all the suggestions!!!! Pretty much 100% of my sugars come from my fruits so I will just have to break down the rest of it.
  • Love Love Love Dos Primos (I'm from STL) ... stay away from the cheese and the tortillas ... maybe get the fajitas but eat it without the shredded cheese or tortillas.
  • Mine was awful after each of my pregnancies. I went to a massage therapist (obviously felt fantastic after the massage), and she gave me a couple of stretches that have been great! Maybe treat yourself to a massage and ask yours as well.
  • I am religious, however I am a solid believer that God helps those that help themselves ... so I like a combo of the both. Either way kudos to you and good luck on your journey! Happy losing!
  • I also agree about the Dance Central. There is also a game on the Kinect Adventures where its like an obstacle course and you have to jump and duck and dodge side to side and that works it up pretty well. I just orded my Active 2 from Amazon and will have it later this week to report on. I loved it on our Wii. Happy…
  • I agree with all of the above and would offer one extra piece ... maybe look at going under the 1500 calorie mark, even if its only down to 1400.
  • Thanks everyone for your info!! I think I'm going to skip The Biggest Loser and get both of the other ones. I will repost on here after I give them a try!!! Happy Losing!!!
  • I have allowed myself to eat the sweets, but instead of the 6 cookies I would have eaten last year I only have one or two. I certainly put them on my log and have to adjust my exercise and other meals with that in mind. Just enjoy your holiday and start each day fresh!!
  • Make sure that the goals you have set in the system are realistic for your lifestyle. My original starting allocation on here was 1200 calories a day and I usually went over by a couple hundred. I readjusted my goal and now it has me set at 1410 a day and I am almost always under or right at and am still losing weight!…
  • Thanks everyone for the awesome feedback! I definitely agree with the meal part. By the time I pick up the kids and get home I usually end up popping a pizza in the oven. It may take some extra prep work the night before but that I'm sure will help. It is easier to exercise when he is gone but I can never seem to convince…
  • I have the EA Sport Active and I love it!! I highly recommend the package ... but find it on Amazon, its cheaper.
  • I have the Wii Fit, but to be honest I don't get much of a workout from it. My husband bought me the EA Sports package and I absolutely love the workouts on that! I would suggest that program over the Wii Fit.

  • Fabulous post!! Thanks for the pointers!
  • Love the topic ... I would put it under vigorous cleaning, kinda the same motion as scrubbing?? On a side note ... I wonder how many the other topic burns too, anyone know, LOL!
  • Splurge a bit and go with a pair of New Balance! I have a pair for walking and a pair for "running". I got mine at Sam's so they were quite a bit cheaper than at a normal retailer.
  • Wow ... okay so just in case the point of my post was missed. We all have times where we haven't had time to pack our lunches and/or we need a break from the routine. I'm putting stuff up on here so that others are aware of "healthier" options for those types of days. Relax, y'all! HAPPY LOSING!!!!!
