I started at about 140 to lose and I started running (jogging). Take it slow and don't try to be a hero. Make sure you are strength training too.

I'm doing C210K (I started with C25K) and usually do a different workout other than running 2x a week (although not right now as I'm training for my 1st race). I kicked my own but yesterday with C210K week 4 day 1, and then I did some strength training/ weighted squats, chest presses, etc. I am very sore today (legs are like butta) so I'll take the day off until tomorrow, lol!
