Hi Everyone, 3 years ago i couldnt even get off my back side to run a bath, so yesterdays achievement is somewhat special to me. I ran the 2013 Brighton Marathon.

    What an achievement!!! What an inspiration! I've often doubted that it's possible that someone with a sedentary lifestyle can metamorphose into a MARATHON runner . . . .but here you are, you've just given me hard evidence.     Congrats! I am currently training to complete my first half-marathon this summer. Last year I did one, but wasn't going fast enough so they put me on the bus at mile 10 and drove me to the end. This year I want to finish it on my own.
