Thanks everyone. I knew the "detox" term seemed a bit out of place. I'll stick to my low carb plan. I don't drink soda or sport drinks anyway. Fruits, veggies, whole grains and lean protein seem to be the best bet. Thanks again. :*

Not feeling it today. I am just over half way to my goal of 15K. But I have gone way past my goal the last few days. I guess it's all catching up to me.

If you eat too few calories (including the calories you burn at the gym aka net calories) then your body goes into starvation mode and your metabolism slows wayyyy down! I am a full time single Mom to 2 kids (8 and 5), work fulltime (sometimes more) as a CNA at a hospital, took 3 college classes last semester working towards my nursing degree and got 3 "A's" :)

I am finally starting to feel better! (I can bend my legs, climb stairs without too much pain and sit down with out wincing!!) Something must be working or maybe I am dying! I will let you know tomorrow. I am still on L1 thinking I will probably try to level up after another week. I am able to get through the whole work…

I was able to stay home with both of my babes for the first three months, I remember waiting for the mailman to show up just to see someone "big" lol! Bedtime is a little over an hour away! I can do this

I would love to go for a walk right now, but those pesky snow plows....... I live in a place with no side walks, not that I would be able to trudge through those either lol! Thanks for your suggestion anyway, glad to know I am not alone.

Just did level 1 today oh man!! i also did her Yoga meltdown video, again awesome!! Felling great. Any idea how I track it on the exercise diary I can't seem to find it in the database?

Oh I was so planning on doing this anyway! ! I just got the DVD as well as Jillian Micheals Yoga DVD. Im also thinking of follwoing her book Making the Cut. Handing my life over to Jillian for the month of March!! I will send friend requests!!
