totally have trigger foods, peanut butter, chocolate, ice cream anything decandent really I have one serving and I want another, and another, lets just say I only buy small tubs off ice cream not the 2l ones because I WILL eat it all by day's end :neutral_face:

I will add you :) I am 6'2" weight 160 post baby #2 and trying to get down to 150 again, went from 210 after my son (baby #1) to 150 in like 6 months. also I am gluten intolerant so have some diet challenges, gluten free food is higher in cals GRRR

following! I don't know how anyone does it on 1200, I am tryin to cut back to 1800 after being pregnant and eating 2300 for 9 months, struggeling, tips/ideas would be great!

do it, I do, don't make a habbit of it obvisouly but gotta live a little now and then!

I just load them up with veggies and ham or other leave breakfast meat, and cheese, make an omelette or bake them in extra large muffin cups with some quinioa in there too like quiches, great way to get lots of vitamins and protein with very little cals. love them!

I would go into my recipies, put in say 6 apples and their size, how much sugar you used, measure out how many 1/2 cup servings it made and enter that into serving amounts then you know, one half cup serving is blah blah amount of calories :) I do it all the time!

It made enough to fill an 8 cup container for me, enough for me to take 10-15 crackers a day in my lunch for two weeks

just eat it mashed with butter and salt and pepper NOM but I have seen squash mac and cheese recipies that looks pretty darn good, you could google one of those :)

I am a woman who eat 2000 calories to maintain weight, however I am by no means average LOL I am 6 foot 2, 150 lbs and a size medium / 8. I think you have to drop 100 cal for every inch or two that you are shorter than 6 foot 2 lol

I do the same thing, save some calories by cutting a bit sunday-thrusday so that Friday and Saturday I have a bit of wiggle room for a glass of wine (when not pregnant) or slice of pizza or bbq cheeseburger lol you have to live a little! may as well plan ahead!

it starts with F and ends with OOD lol no really though, ice cream/frozen yogurt, pasta, chocolates bad can't have just a wee bit, peanut butter too I could eat an entire jar, the list goes on and on!

I buy fresh salmon fillet from my grocery store that are already marinated, like maple bbq flavour NOM just loosely wrap in tin foil and pop it in the oven to steam, cook just until there is no more see through parts (stick a fork in it and twist, if it's flakey, eat)

I don't know about anyone else but if I am truly hungry and I drink water or eat an apple or cucumber slices or something I feel like puking! when my stomach is empty is needs REAL food or I just feel sick!

hi there! my son was born Dec 2011 and by the time he was 8 months old I lost 40 lbs, that's 30 more than the baby weight I had to loose, now I am pregnant with my second, due February :) I will add you!

I switched to diet pop for my weight loss journey and have grown to love it, now that I have had to give it up I am findng it hard! once a a while I get a Zevia (natural healthy product soft drink sweetened with stevia) to cure the craving but it's not the same as a good ol coke zero :S

my hubby brings me a coffee every day after work and I just get him to get it black with milk and sugar on the side, goes from 210 calories to about 45!!!!!

30 LBS, ONE BABY, only 5 stuck after water weight etc went down and uterus shrunk back, 25-30 is normal for average weight people Dr told me

I usually use my 1 cup dry measuring cup and scoop out my hubbys, 3 scoops for him, 1 scoop for me, 1/2 scoop for our son then scoop out the leftovers as well, 8 scoops in total, I put 8 servings into the recipe, my scoop is one serving :) that's how I do it!

I wish I had done this! I don't even remember how I used to eat! I think it was mostly drinking calories (orang juice, coffee/tea additives, regular pop, hot chocolates,) didn't even think about consuming these where at all a bad choice now nothing crosses my lips without thought, try not to drink my calories at all these…
