  • These are some great nsv's. I have a couple too. I have been losing inches more than weight. At least that's what it seems like. Well my winter wool jack has been big but I figured I could make it through the season and buy a new smaller one next year. Well it decided to start to fall apart. Well my old one was a size 16…
  • Thank you for the info.
  • Can I ask a question? Is this a floor puilates or do you use a reformer machine for this? I have a reformer machine but am on the lookout for new dvd's as mine is getting boring. TIA
  • I wish I could use imatrex. Unfortunately I am allergic to something in it. I do find that I they seem to be better or not as many if I drink a lot more water. I try to drink 12+ glasses of water daily.
  • Hi all. I am hoping maybe you all could answer a question for me. Many of you said you get naseau but is anyone in the same boat as me that they end up throwing up everything in the stomach, including bile? Once I have thrown and gone through the sweats and a least 1 shower I end up going to sleep in a dark quiet room for…
  • Hi everyone. My name is Sondra and I am happy to have found this group. I feel like the scale hasn't moved in weeks but other parts of me are moving in the right direction. To me as long as I can still feel like I am changing my body and moving in the right direction the scale will eventually catch up. My sw was 209 my…
  • Happy birthday to you. Mine was going to get a new winter jacket today. My present winter jacket is a 16 and I knew it was big but I was able to fit into and button and breath a 6. I was an amazing nsv for me.

  • Count me in. I am going to start this again tomorrow. I got through level 1 and started level 2 and hurt my knee. Knee is all healed and I m ready to start again. I did 10 days per level.
  • Your diary looks like you could use some more protein. As well as you may want to start to track your sodium as well. It looks like a decent day thou. Feel free to add me if you would like. Sondra
  • I have an otter box for my iPod and love it. I have had more people stop me in the pool to ask me what it is lately. I am going to try the Vaseline idea as sometimes they come out.
  • I think everything or anything could be a nsv. Some of mine were fitting into smaller pants. Being able to swim more or a longer amount of time. Passing by the bad table at work. Everyone defines thee own nsv's differently. It took me about 5 months to lose 22 pounds but I have also gone down 3 pants sizes. Slow and steady…

  • How about bring the stuff to make a gf cake or brownies with you. I make the gf brownies for my daughter who is also gf and then I freeze in one portion sizes for her. She doesn't have a weight issue at all but freezing them insures she doesn't eat to make at a time.
  • I just did day 4 and let me tell you my legs feel it. Arms too. I am actually in so much pain from it that this all the exercise I have been able to do for the last 4 days. I would love to have some friends and moms too to do this journey with.
  • +2. No I really love mine.
  • Great job. It's always great to see unexpected weight loss.
  • Great job. Keep up the good work. That calls for a great day today.
  • I make eggplant chips. I wash it and then cut it in rounds on the think side. I put it on release foil and sprinkle it with balsamic vinegar and a very little ol and cook it at 350 to 400 till it brown and then flip it.. Usually about 20 minutes will its done and it makes a great low calorie snack. Hope that helps.
  • Thank you all for this list. I have been tying to figure out what has caused mine now for a long time. I think I finally got it down that I am/was dehydrated. Once I kept my water levels up I don't seem to have them as often.
  • My family eats a plain glazed donut. I don remember how it came about but every year we do it and the one year we said we old be good an not eat it we all had a horrible year. Not a great way to start the new year but I will log it and go exercise it off. Have a great new year.
  • I have a ft7 and I was mine with body wash every time I wear it. I tried just rinsing it with water and ended up with nasty huge zits on my back where the strap was. I guess I am a big back sweater. Washing it after use with body wash seems to keep it clean and stop the big back zits. Sorry to be so graphic. Good luck to…
  • I love Danskin that I buy at Walmart. It holds up really well to washing and does really well pretty cheaply. Hope this helps.
  • I would also like to join if there are spots left. Thank you for organizing this.
  • I steam everything. I made artichokes last night. 82 calories for a while one and that's more than enough for a meal for me. Broccoli and green beans are also favorites in this house. We don't like steamed carrots thou but I am sure that's a personal preference thou.
  • That's a really great nsv and I am sure your dad loves that you are able top wear them and how much you love them. Way to go.
  • Count me in as we'll. I am hoping for at least 250 minutes for the week. Thanks for the encouragement.
  • I think that's one of the best motivations out there. I know I am doing this so I can be there for my daughters(6 years old) big life moments. She will be so happy for you to be an active pat of her life and you will love it much more too. Keep it up!!!!!
  • Way to go. It really is a great problem to be having.
  • That's a great first step. Keep it up.
