i use to drink a 2 litter maybe more a day I stopped cold turkey this month on the 17th it will be 7mth without soda, sprite diet sodas, no cokes at all :)

I AM SO ON THE SAME BOAT AS YOU ARE . The whole month of Oct I did not loose not 1 oz. and it was because M - F I stuck with my plan to the T ate good worked out , but come Sat. & Sun. everthing went down hill. This is my 1st weekend that I know im going to make better choices and stick to the plan join me and lets see how…

I dont like scales or I need a new one this morning I weighed my self it was 214 when I got out of the shower i did it again and it was 216 :\

Monday 10/29/12 SW 217 CW 217 I have been the same for about 4 weeks now Im going in hard this week making some drastic changes wish me luck. ..... Goals for this week are * absolutely no fast food *continue 30DS level 2 the rest of the week (started yesterday) *up my water *2.5 lbs this week

cw: 219 been the same for a couple of weeks need all the motivation I can get going to do some seriouse grocery shopping and getting me a new scale the one I use is no bueno its at work and they use it for shipping stuff, so lets see what the week has for us good luck through the weekend :)

OMG I deal with crap on a daily basis here at work my coworkers that I talk to more like friends they eat out EVERYDAY AND I DO MEAN EVERYDAY they have donuts 2 or 3 days out of the week they always offer if i want to go eat with them 9 out of 10 times i say NO NO NO NO so they bring the food back to work and i join them…

Good morning, I actually stayed the same I stayed with in my calorie count but it was not to healthy, starting fresh today put some greens in my meals and lets see what happens next Monday. SW 217.5 CW 217 Good luck this week to everyone we got this :)

Yesterday was just ok, even though we went to jack in the box and i had 3 tacos but thats all I had for dinner, I need to try to eat healthy my children eat healthy but they still love to snack ALL DAY :) it;s a little hard when you have a 14,13,11 and a 1 yr old even though they are very supportive as far as going to work…

PERFECT today I felt like this was it Im just not motivated not doing it blah blah blah, then I see this im so down for this thanks ladies. My goals for December: work out 4 days a week finish 30DS get out of the 200s I dnt care if its 199.5 :) WE GOT THIS !!!!!! (ihope)
