Wow! Awesome job ladies! I have a way to go (23lb to get to prepregnancy weight). I think I've finally accepted that it's not going to "fall off" for me and get more serious about working out. Cheers to you!

Since getting pregnant I was pretty sick but I think I've finally turned the corner! I'm ready to get back to logging, working out, and gaining slow and steady weight for the baby. I look…

Go to a running speciality store... they assess your foot and gait so you get a perfect shoe to run in. They are a bit more expensive, but being pain free is worth it to me. My favorite are Asics.

Check your races elevation, I was sorta shocked with how many hills mine had and wish I had worked on that a bit more. Also, some runners suggest against it, but 2 weeks before my race I ran a trial 13.1, so…

Trying weighing yourself less frequently... they say you should weigh only once a week (but who has that kind of self control hahaha)... maybe every third day or so. Your body can fluctuate due to hormones, stress, sodium among other things. So don't let the scale get you down, you said you've been under your goals and…
