Vanilla Pudding Pumpkin Dip (60 Calories!)
This was originally posted by skinnyby29 on the Foods & Nutrition board, but I just wanted to re-post over here on the recipes board in case someone missed it, because it is THAT good!
Ingredients:
1 - 15 oz. can Libby's 100% Pure Pumpkin
1 - 1.4 oz box Jell-O sugar free, fat free vanilla pudding
Pumpkin Pie Spice -- to taste. (I used about 1 tsp.)
Directions:
Mix
Chill for 1 - 2 hours.
I ate mine with cinnamon graham crackers, with the cinnamon side facing down so that I had a yummy topping on both sides of the cracker! This is seriously SOO good that you'll feel like you're cheating, but for so few calories. 1/2 cup is about 60 calories, but I only used about 1/4 by spreading generously on 2 crackers.
Also, added this into the database as Vanilla Pudding Pumpkin Dip.
Thanks skinnyby29!

Do you have a recipe that does not include the pumpkin or cinnamon or "spices" ? I have food intolerance to cinnamon, which is OK with me becaue I hate that stuff, even the smell makes me sick. Thank you!0 -
OMG.......I even have all of those ingredients in my cupboard right now.
I am going to make it this afternoon!0
