I think you should just stop watching misinformed and biased documentaries with no real scientific backing. srs.

It's not my "opinion" its a fact.

Two things: 1. I'm not sure how quickly you think its possible to gain muscle mass but its virtually impossible for you to accidentally get huge. 2. endomorph is a term to describe bone structure and doesn't affect metabolism or the ability to gain or lose weight/muscle.

No

Somatotypes are essentially your bone structure. Now why would your bone structure have any effect on your nutrient partitioning or your ability to gain/lose weight or build muscle. It doesn't.

Are you talking about gaining strength or actually building muscle while cutting on IF. IF isn't magic and you still need a calorie surplus to build muscle mass. Strength though is definitely possible during a cut, but would likely be the same on IF or eating regularly throughout the day, it's just preference.

A calorie IS a calorie, however that doesn't mean that you still dont need to hit your daily macro/micro/fiber/omega goals. Also the MAJORITY of people don't have coronary disease, diabetes, ect. Obviously no one is going to list off every disease known to man and the specific needs for these diseases. General information…

Do you even understand that study you just posted? It was about postprandial plasma TG concentrations(which would obviously spike quicker/more if the fats digested at a faster rate) and satiety not gaining/losing weight due to the time it takes to digest. Clearly something slower digesting in your stomach would last longer…
-
It won't matter how fast your food digests at the end of the day, if it's going to be the same amount of calories/macros/micros it's not going to make a difference.
-
Well I did say 1/3 so I figured I didn't have to specify that I wasn't talking about trans fats. My bad I was only talking about MONOUNSATURATED, POLYUNSATURATED, and SATURATED
-
They're all safe.... just fit it into your days calories/macros and still hit your micros. Seriously, it's not going to kill you.
-
First off, you don't have to eat olive oil if you don't want to, you can eat what you'd like to get your fats in it's not going to make a difference. Secondly, 250 calories a day of fat is 27 grams, that's extremely low. Lastly, there's no such thing as "healthy" fats you should be getting roughly 1/3 of your fat intake…

When will people understand that processed and "unclean" foods don't cause weight gain, an excess of calories does. In 98% of the posts in this thread and on the whole forum all I see are these claims about clean eating. Living on cheap fast foods DOESN'T cause obesity, however, eating 4000 calories when you need 2000 to…

because soda directly causes obesity :noway: .... just fit it into your diet if you want it.....

too bad the general population isn't very intelligent.

Notsureifsrs. Calorie deficit. Eat whatever time you want. Sugar/carbs dont just automatically store fat in your belly and they alone arent what causes fat gain a calorie excess does.. Dont need tons of ab exercises or cardio either.
-
you could eat all of your protein at breakfast and you would be okay.

yes its fine

beginners aren't as efficient in recovery as an experienced person. if you eat too little calories that will hinder your recovery as you won't have enough fuel. as for volume someone who say does 12+ sets for a muscle group would take longer to recover than someone doing 5 sets for a muscle group(however even at lower…
-
recovery time depends on your work out volume, calorie intake and experience.

in terms of weight loss its the calories. say your calorie maintenance is 2000 and you eat 2500 calories of "healthy" foods you will gain weight regardless of if it is "healthy" or not and vice versa if you were to eat 1500 cals "unhealthy" food you would lose weight.
-
you were probably carb depleted which caused your muscles to look flat.
