Your diet is good. Do you ever get hungry. Or do you not let yourself get hungry. For me when I wake up in the morning and I don't feel hungry. I know I'm not going to loose weight. Try to move your sweet and complex carbohydrates to earlier in the day. And green card for the afternoon.

Fruit sugar or refined sugar it's all sugar. I watch my sugar so I don't have to do a lot of cardio.

A lot of people say not to worry about the sugar. But for me it makes a difference. You can look at my diary. I don't eat fruit, corn, sweat potato's, sweet peas, or bread 6 out of 7 days a week. I have a cheat meal on Fridays. But i still stay at or under my calories on the cheat meal day.

You can use EAS carb advantage shakes. They are pre-made in the same isle as Slim Fast. In my parts it cost about $5 for a 4 shake package.
