@bidingmytime Thanks,its not easy but I'm not giving up. Today was good. I did not go to the gym today, but stayed home and prepared my meals for the weekend. Today makes it my2743 days of logging.

When I lost over 40 lbs 2 years ago , I was very focused and determined.I dropped 5 dress sizes,.I looked good,I went to the gym 4-5 days a week, I weighed and measured my foods, drank 8 or more glasses of water and stayed within my daily macros.
