Melisay, you are not alone in this, I'm going through the same thing you are going through. I had lost the weight and is well on my way to gaining it back. I don't want to, but I'm just not as motivated as I was. I really need the support, someone to hold me accountable, because I can't do it on my own.

I'll join, but I must say I have lost my movtivation to eat right and exercise. I started off good, but now I'm like whatever. Hopefully, I can get back on track.

I agree with Jazzy, I made some bad choices today as well, but I have all week to work it off before I weigh on Saturday. I'm never going to deprive myself of the things I like, I will just do better the next time. Tay

I don't bake my chicken breasts, I normally cook them on the stove spray pan with cooking spray season chicken breasts and place thawed breast in pan on a medium heat let first side brown and flip. Chicken breasts turn out to be super moist and juicy.

Kaja I did look at the graph when I got on my WII this weekend, but it doesn't show your starting weight, only your current weight

I do see the graph but never noticed if it has a starting weight on it. Also, is there any way to check your goals on WII Fit as well. I thought my goal for this month was 5lbs and I'm lost three, but it's telling me I need to lose 4lbs to meet my goals. I'm sure I had a goal of 5lbs for this month.

When I get like that, I usually eat a chewy bar, it's high in fiber and a good source of calcium; Walmart has a Oats and peanut butter (Great Value- generic for Quaker brand) I really like them; Fiber One has one also that is really good. Hope this helps.

I haven't cut anything out, I have learned to have it in moderation and MAC and Cheese is one of my favorite foods that I will never go without.
