This has become my favorite breakfast, so thought I'd share!
1 Kangaroo Whole Wheat Pita Half
1 wedge light laughing cow spreadable swiss
1/4 c eggbeaters, cooked
3 slices deli style low-fat ham
Warm pita in microwave and spread cheese inside. Add ham and eggs and enjoy!
Calories: 180
Carbs: 19g
Fat: 5g
Protein: 18g
Fiber: 4g

MMMMM!
I had:
Jimmy Dean Turkey Sausage Links (3 for 120 cal.)
2 Large Egg whites (cooked) (34 cal)
Orieda Southern Style Potatoes (2/3 cup for 70 cal.)
1/2 tbls of olive oil (68 cal.)
Coffee with Coffee Mate original for ( 15+9= 24 cal.)
Altogether= 316 caloriesa very good breakfast for a college student I think
