    I tried Turbo Jam a few times. The next day my arms were SO sore. It was awesome.

    Turbo Jam is so fun!! What workouts did you get, the Maximum results?? Love those, and the weighted glove are awesome!

    hey i did the first disc the first 2 workout but i do not have the gloves
    i am not sure what they are call the 2 workout i did but one was green ans 1 was orange
