You can us bottles filled with water or sand (or dirt). You can use cans (vegetable or soup). There are lots of options, just look around your house for something that you can comfortably and safely hold in your hands. You can even use books. Just a few thoughts.

I love the Fibor One bars too, BUT.... they give me instant gas (I know TMI) Had to stop eating them :laugh: I mean instantly, it is the strangest thing. As for the constipation, I find a banana a day has helped me. You would think that eating healthier would help the body function better, not always the case.
