Hi my name is Carmen. I'm trying to go from 180 to 150. I lost the weight before but gained it back. If anyone has any tips I would appreciate it.

    Well, Carmen. Let me be the first to welcome you to MFP. I tried dieting before and failed a few times. One time I succeeded, I ate Special K Protein cereal for breakfast and lunch, and then had a sensible dinner. After that, I put it back on. If you stay on track, with what your allowables are, you definitely will lose the weight you want to lose. I have only been on here a short while, and I have already lost 8 pounds. I plan on losing at least another 7 or so. I want to look as good as those Barbie Dolls look, without flaunting it, or dressing like they do. Best of luck in your journey.
