I put this in the recipe counter at 10 servings after sub Splenda brown sugar, egg beater and alomd milk. The lower cal version is 137...so they are a lil higher then posted.l

If it works for you then go for it. It is better than fast food, but of course homemade food is the best. All frozen meals are full of sodium, which if is your problem or not, is not good for everyone. Try not to overdo it and get those fresh fruits and veggies as much as you can.

I have been searching my life for that quick fix miracle and surprise never found it. If I only would have spent the same amount of time eating right and moving I would already be there. You dont get fat overnight, you dont get thin overnight. You get healthy by working at it.

Only plain water is counted as water intake or plain water with a fruit slice or something like that. I was taught this from a nutritionist.

At least the 8 recommended cups at 8 oz a piece (64 oz) Sometimes it is more. I always get in the plain regular water before I drink something else in the day to make sure I get it all in. After I may have some water with MIO or perhaps a glass of green tea.

I love Coke Zero so much. Tastes alot like the real thing. That being said I do not drink soda anymore for several reasons. I just dont think it is all that good for you from many things I have read. I stick to the water, green teas etc. Much better for me and I feel better. Less bloating, less heartburn etc.

I dont think the person was calling you a failure at all...they said it sets you up to fail...very different. There was no judging either, just giving their opinion on the matter like the creator of the thread asked for. If they were telling you this then that would be different.
