Sitting in the bath tub is not as comfortable as before. My tail bone and hips do not have the cushion they use to have...oh well, I will take that side effect...I sit on a folded towel if I plan on soaking for a while.....

I tried the 1200 calorie number and gained 6 pounds. I upped my calories to 2000 (about 2 weeks ago) and I have lost those 6 plus 2. I run 5-7 miles every other day with a 3-5 mile walk on the days I do not run. LESS IS NOT ALWAYS BETTER....you have to find what works for YOU...that takes some time and so willingness to…

WOW...yall give me hope, I have been running for 8 weeks...did my first 5K in 32 min about 2 weeks ago..Im up to 7 miles in 1:17 minutes..LONG way to go but I figure hey...I'm faster than all the people sitting on the couch....Running my first 10K in March... GOOD LUCK...YOU WILL DO GREAT!!!!!!!!

Maybe it is her way of dealing with HER insecurities about her body...could be jealousy...could be fearful of you leaving her...could be causing her to take a hard look at her fitness level and "forcing" her to have to make decisions about her own body to "keep up" with you and your fitness...good topic…
