  • I eat them everyday and have lost over a 100 pounds eating them. I eat slim fast meal on the go for breakfast. i also add in fruits and veggies with every meal and eat them as a snack also.   • ive lost 96 pounds total wish i could show that on my profile with mfp as total weight loss but started this site in jan. started my life change 9-4-07 the day after my third baby was born
  • try to maintain your calories and once you feel better go back to your routine and exercise. ear infections can throw your balance off and all that so if your a treadmill walker like i am i'd just relax a few days but keep them calories in check:flowerforyou:

  • if it was me i would not start adding more calories into my diet im at 1200 also and would not eat more once you loose so much weight your body doesnt need all those extra calories. id stick with the 1200

  • I dont keep snacks around that I would just have for my kids. If I dont eat it then why should they be eating it. I keep the 100 calorie packs on hand all the time for all of us.   • do you like egg beaters? there is 30-35 calories in 1/4 cup rather then 75 in a real egg.
